ENTRIES MUST CLOSE ON THE CLOSING DATE WHICH WILL ALWAYS BE 10 DAYS   BEFORE EACH SHOW, LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS IT CAUSES A LOT OF EXTRA WORK TO ADD AFTER THE CLOSING DATE
